Charming little cottage from Royal Albert in the Old country Roses pattern is for use with a votive candle is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, stains or scratches.  The inside has a rough spot or two left from the  manufacturing process. They do not show. Basically, like you just brought it home from the store.  No candles included.
