Unique and rare Hohner Revelation RTS guitar from Hohner research. Hohner research were based in Wales, UK as far as I know. The guitar was made in Czechoslovakia. I estimate it was made in 2005. It plays very and all works as it should.

It has unique features; a metal roller nut designed by Trevor Wilkinson; 3 wide blade single coil pickups made in England by David White and designed by pickup guru Alan Entwistle; ATN (Advanced Tonal Network) circuitry giving a variety tones including a humbucker setting; a push pull switch on the top tone control which bypasses the ATN circuitry; the lower tone control is notched at the half way position.

It also has a Wilkinson VS100 bridge, widely praised for its return to pitch accuracy. It has silky smooth tuners. The frets have minimal wear. The fret dots are abalone. Position 2 and 4 of the 5 way switch are hum cancelling.

Cosmetically it is in very good condition apart from damage to the rear of the guitar by the jack (see pix). This has been touched up. This is not visible from the front of the guitar. The scratch plate has some very small cracks probably due to over tightening the pickguard screws. These are not noticeable unless you are very close. I have enclosed a picture of the ATN settings for the Hohner ST59 guitar. I believe these are the same. ('That' style is like a Strat, 'G' style is like a Gibson.) The guitar weighs 3.57 kgs.

A fun opportunity to invest in a rare and unique guitar.
