Vintage can't see a make but they will be something like Wilkinsons being supplied to the British military approximately 6-1/4" long pliers. Proper quality made ex military tool with a great aged patina, been stored for years with other items. Please take the time to study the pictures carefully for condition and sizes as they form part of the description.
