This is a relaxed cycling jacket from Assos. As far as relaxed goes it is pretty cycling oriented. I have two quite similar jackets and that is one too many for me. Worn less than 10 times.

I’m no tailor but I would say - pit to pit is about 24” shoulder seem to shoulder seem is about 19.5” and shoulder to cuff is about 28”. Everything is ergonomically cut and there are different materials used in specific areas for more wind proofing, more stretch, or more abrasion resistance.
