See photos for item condition as this is a vintage item in vintage condition.  Dust jacket included but obviously not in great shape.  Book has been signed on inside cover by original owner.  Definitely some yellowing has occurred over the years.  Overall, other than previously mentioned, no writing or torn/creased pages.
