This 2023 Cook Islands $5 X-Ray Creation of Adam 1 oz Ultra High Relief Proof coin is graded PF70UC by NGC. This coin is the 3rd edition of the X-Ray series following the X-Ray 2022 Mummy coin. The coin has a limited mintage of only 1,500. The coin comes with a themed display box and certificate of authenticity.

Reverse - The depicted image of almost touching hands derives from a renowned ceiling fresco by the Italian painter Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel in Rome. The divine breath of life leaps from God’s finger to the one of a human. This famous gesture represents the Creation of Adam – the first man. Next to the hands of God and his divine creation, a part of another monumental work by Michelangelo – The Last Judgement – is revealed.

The obverse features the X-Ray view of the 2 hands from the reverse along with a right facing effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Included are the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "5 DOLLARS", "COOK ISLANDS", and the year date of "2023". At the bottom of the coin etched in the rim is the word "X-RAY"
