The application scenario of the governor design is mainly powered by the charging /rechargeable battery, the common output capacity is generally 5V/2A, higher are relatively rare, and the parameters of 12v/0.7A fan almost reach 5V/2A full power supply, while taking into account the small size of the PWM governor so limited cooling capacity.
It is recommended that the output current be controlled below 0.7A for short time use and below 0.5A for long time use.
Here means the current at the maximum speed, the fan current will vary proportionally according to the speed.
