A vintage 1930s short necklace in dark blue lapis lazuli stone beads. It is a heavy weight 90 grams but quite a short length. It would be possible to re-string add more metal spacer beads to extend the neck length.
The stone beads are rich blue with tiny darker blue and gold speckles in the stones. Between each of the stones are filagree metal spacers. The necklace fastens with a barrel clasp which unscrews.
Length end to end 39cm excluding the clasp. Please see photo of beads with tape measure in CMs for size of beads.
Number of beads 27.
In good condition but appears to have been re-threaded.
