Antique, over a century old book in overall very good or better condition. Exterior shows some minor wear like light rubs to the outer upper and lower edges of the spine and outer corner edges of the coverboards. Exteriors also show a few minor and superficial shelf scuffs. Book's interior is very clean and well intact. Book's binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book includes large, full color fold out map at the back pocket that is in excellent condition with only a small tear ath the lower lefthand blank outer margin of about 3/4 of a inch. Book contains multiple foldout illustrations.

Book is two volumes in one. Volume 1 totals 623 pages and volume 2 totals 690 pages. Book measures approximately 8 3/4 x 5 3/4 x 1 7/8 inches and weighs about 2 3/4 pounds.
