Issue:

 Controller Buttons have all been tested and confirmed to be functional WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LEFT BUMPER (LB) button. This button intermittently works, but only when you press very hard on the end of it closest to the middle of the controller. This could potentially be an easy fix, or it could be quite advanced I'm not certain. Other than that, all other buttons / joysticks work. Item has been confirmed to pair, power on, power off, charge, etc.

Includes:

- xbox controller

- xbox controller case

- 2 joysticks ( these elite controllers have removeable joystick top parts)

- plain style dpad attachment ( these are also interchangeable)

Does Not Include:

- usb charging cable

- any paddles for the bottom of the controller

- any additional dpad/ joystick attachments

- wireless charging base ( these typically come in the case & you plug a charging cable into it, then when done playing you can place your controller back into the case and it will start charging)

We ship via UPS, & USPS. We do not use Fedex. At times we will adjust the shipping option. For example, sometimes Priority mail is cheaper than USPS ground, or perhaps UPS ground is cheaper than Priority mail. We can combine orders if you buy multiple items, just please send us a message to let us know. We tend to ship faster than our 3 day handling time, but have it set to three days in case of extenuating circumstances. We generally ship our items out Tuesdays- Saturdays, as that is when we have UPS & USPS pickup. 

We use Ebay's Global Shipping option. We will not ship internationally any other way, as this option provides protection for both us and yourself. Items ship to an Ebay hub, then are prepared for customs & sent internationally. This option provides tracking viewable for the both of us. It does issue two shipping numbers, firstly the UPS or USPS tracking # to the Global Shipping Hub, then an international shipping tracking number that you can enter on Pitney Bowes' site to receive tracking information. Using this option for global shipping, we unfortunately cannot combine shipping on different items.
