We sell mostly used items. For your protection all of our items are backed by our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee; with the exception of As-Is auctions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it along with a brief note stating why you are returning the item. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and are typically processed within 2 business days. The refund will be posted to your PayPal Account.

We do sell mostly used items and although all items are checked and tested before they are shipped; sometimes there are problems. We are willing to work with a buyer to resolve any issues that come up.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 10am to 5pm EST. We will try to answer your questions or concerns as quick as possible but please allow appropriate time for a response. We do not answer emails at night or on the weekends.
