This superb camera is in perfect working order. You can drag and drop any recorded files via the USB cable into a computer and play them or edit with computer software. Cosmetically it is in very good condition, with just light marks from normal usage on it, including a little wear on the inside of the handstrap and on the base, where a tripod has been attached. It is packed with features such as 37X optical zoom, auto-opening lens cap, image stabilization, built-in video light (which can also be used for still pictures), socket for external microphone and true widescreen recording. Included 2GB SD card gives up to 1 hours 15 mins. recording. It has many connectivity options including AV-out and USB. This great looking camera records and transfers video in excellent quality.

4. This warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:

1. the item has been damaged due to inappropriate use or treatment, for example only, dropping onto a hard surface or immersion in liquid,

2. the item has been adapted or repaired after sale,

3. the ‘warranty void if removed’ label has been removed, damaged or defaced

             The giving of this warranty does not imply that any liability is accepted for any loss or damage  caused by use of the item.
