This is a high couture extremely detailed item and should belong in a fashion exhibit, brand is IIF and it looks a lot like Thierry Mugler designs, may be used in performing acts. 

Color is bright Red, no fabric content label but seems to be made out of a thicker rayon, after looking up same brand items.  

Has leather appliques pattern design.

Size would fit up to an extra Small XS.

Waist 12.25", has a little stretch due to the elastic in the back

Back middle length: 18"

Shoulder to hem line is 18", plus 4" for the V shaped yoke tip on the front

This is a vintage item and it has some minor imperfections: the red acrylic stones are not perfectly centered on the golden piece they are glued on, very faint small spot for about 2 millimeters on one of the sleeves, may have other spots but nothing noticeable unless you squint your eyes from very close.
