OM3 – 2 Meter – 10G

LC duplex connector with Uniboot is two LC connectors encased in a common housing with one boot, terminated on a single twin-fiber round cable. Using cable assemblies with LC Uniboot connectors saves half of the space over traditional duplex cables. Uniboot single jacket patch cables make patch panel cable management considerably easier. Ideal for high-density cabling applications.

Easy Polarity Change: Unlike common LC patch cords, this switchable Uniboot cable supports switching the polarity without connector re-termination. Polarity changes can be made in the field quickly (by switching the A and B positions in the connector for each fiber), without the use of tools, to the correct fiber mapping polarity. There is no damage to the fiber.

LC to LC Multimode Duplex fiber patch cords terminated with Foxconn precision ceramic ferrule LC/PC fiber patch cable connectors, ensuring low insertion loss(less than 0.15 dB) for faster speed network performance.

Fiber Patch Cable (OM3) LOMMF connects to 10GBase-SR, 10GBase-LRM, SFP+, and QSFP+ transceivers for 10Gb networks. This LC-LC OM3 Patch Cable works with all brands of multimode SFP transceivers and fiber optic networks.

 OM4 – 2.5 Meter – 100G

OM4 LC-LC Fiber Patch Cable 2.5M | 100Gig, Corning, Laser Optimized Multimode Fiber (LOMMF), 50/125 optical fiber core/cladding. Aqua, 2.0mm outer diameter, zip-cord reinforced jumper. Used in educational, corporate, military/defense, government, healthcare, finance, and commercial industries.

Fiber Patch Cable Details: 2.5 Meter (8.20 feet), 1/10/40/100Gb Multimode, Zip-Cord Reinforced, Duplex (2 Fiber Strands), 1.25mm ceramic ferrule, LC-UPC to LC-UPC, Fiber Patch Cable/Jumper Cord.

Core / Cladding: Corning 50µm (micron) diameter fiber core / 125µm diameter cladding (1 micron is one-millionth/1 meter). The fiber optic core is surrounded by a transparent, low-refraction cladding material. Light is contained within the fiber core (total internal reflection), causing the fiber within the patch cord assembly to act as a wave guide. Light travels through the fiber, bouncing off the boundary between core & cladding.
