This vintage Minette Flash Gun Model M-2 is in excellent condition and most likely works, but seller has been unable to test it.  Judging from its excellent cosmetic condition, the seller suspects that this estate piece has never been used.  The battery compartment cover has the original protective paper band and the compartment itself contained a cellophane wrapped "new" battery.  It's doubtful the battery is still charged however considering the age of the piece.  The battery compartment and terminals are in shiny new condition and do not appear to have ever been connected to a live battery.

The unit connects to a hot shoe and also has a cable that plugs into the camera port.  The cable is supple and flexible.  The fan-like reflector folds completely for easy, compact storage.  This Flash Gun requires flash bulbs (size?) and a 22.5v battery to replace the original which is included.  The unit fits neatly in a clear plastic slipcase and it comes in its original box.  Also included is the instruction pamphlet (in Japanese language).  This is an interesting collectible piece of photographic tecnology.
