This is Fantastic Four: Battle of the Behemoths Volume 7 Epic Collection. This is the first printing.
The book looks to be in good condition with moderate shelf ware, yellowing, several lite marks, and lite to moderate ware around the corners/edges.
The spine has a tiny ding at the top left corner.
I looked through all of the pages and didn't notice any ware.
