Generation 2 battery (WHITE battery) not compatible with the grey batteries and can not be mixed with the 6.3KWh units only chained in series with the 4.5KWh units.

For spares and repair - capacity issue, unable to extract more than 1.7 - 2Kwh

Unit was working ok, unsure what is wrong with it no fault codes just reduced capacity, was left uncharged and cold for a winter and hence may have affected the cells.

Strictly spares or repairs no return.
