Vintage 1940 very nice all around beautiful Royal typewriter model KMM made by Royal Typewriter Co. , serial number KMM 2639434. Very nice typewriter and in beautiful, clean cosmetic and working condition. The serial number dates this typewriter in the pre-war 1940 era. It has a beautiful black textured enamel finish in great condition. Nice black keyboard with chrome trim In good condition, some of the keys letters are light. Photos are good to view. Graphics and chrome are very good. The typewriter types very well in both red and black. Keys strike and return and carriage advances as it should as you type. The paper feed works well, backspace works, new ribbon, ribbon feed good with original spools, bell, and tab works. Margin release and magic margin set are all working. It has been cleaned and serviced. Feet and platen are original and are good. Types very well as shown in the example. Chrome is very nice. Great typing piece with very few signs of wear. Looks great.
