Uncertain of the maker.  A wonderful shade that'll compliment any lamp base that you have sitting around. Measurements:  The shade measures approx. 12" tall.  The top side of the shade is approx. 17.75" wide x 11.75" deep.  The bottom side of the shade is approx. 19" wide x 15" deep.
