Circa '60s.  There are different incised designs going all the way around the entire surface.  Bottom of the base is signed dated: Lightfoot, 1961 (see photos). Measurements:  Approx. 7.25" tall x 4.5" in diameter (measured across the rim opening at the top). The bottom of the base measures approx. 2.75" in diameter.
