Vintage 1971 Mattel Big Josh Bearded Figure w/ working Karate Chop. The Left Arm seem to be either glued or melted in place. I did not want to mess with it too much. Karate chop works. Comes equipped with Pants, Boots, and Jacket. See pics for what is included and condition.
