*After receiving the item from our company, we have cleaned it, replaced the strings, adjusted the rod, adjusted the octave, adjusted the string height, and rubbed it, so it is in good playing condition.

The arm is broken inside the part where the bridge arm is attached, and the arm is missing.
The back panel is missing.

Shipping
