16 salvaged Oregon Yew rounds and branch wood pieces. Great for pen turning and small projects! These have all been drying indoors from 1 - 3 years. They're all stable and ready to use.  Really nice deep red/brown/orange colors and tight grain. Lots of character, pin knots/small knots - 2 of them are crotch pieces.

I try to pick the straightest pieces I can find, but some of them have curves and twists in them. That's just the nature of branch wood. Theres also some checks in some of them and missing bark.

Most of these are 8.5 inches long, only a few are shorter - down to 7.25 inches. And they're mostly 1.5 inches in diameter - with a few being 1 inch and a couple of them are 2 inches in diameter.

Yew wood is hard, strong, dense, and turns/works/carves excellent! It takes a finish better than most fine-grained hardwood
