what we have here is an used, original kelsey - hayes 43006-40A black painted 16" / 40 spoke wheel. it appears to have its original finish underneath a layer of green and another layer of blue paint which probably preserved the steel so it didn't get massively corroded. you can see the original stamping inside the rim in the the first images.

the outer edge bead has some distortion from mounting & dismounting who knows how many tires. the valve stem hole is on the side, all of the spoke holes appear to be decent.
