Up for sale is this RARE Vintage Folmer Graflex 13223 K20 Camera Shutter Part with nicks, scrapes, wear, and minor surface rust. I am not really sure what this is. Any info would be great.  This is an estate find being sold as untested for parts or restoration. Please ask questions before you bid.
