Hardcover bound in black cloth with red titles to spine and front cover. Exterior is in terrific condition- boards sound, spine straight, binding tight, corners sharp.
Red endpaper remains crisp and vibrant. Title page is stained, else interior pages are clean and free of tears, markings, or creases.
Minimal rubbing to dust jacket, light creasing to edges and following the joints of the volume, and some wrinkling to top and bottom of spine panel. Otherwise, jacket is clean and intact, without stains, marking, tearing, or chipping.
Stated first printing of the new edition, based on the original 1968 edition.
