here we have another used aermacchi harley davidson sprint toolbox that is not rotted out. this particular toolbox would have been used on a 1963 thru 1971 aermacchi harley davidson C, H, SS models by the configuration of the rectangular "SPRINT" holes.

someone at some point decided to paint it brown and there is one extra hole on the back and it is showing mild rust. it needs to be sandblasted and repainted. other than that it's basically old, dirty, and needing a restoration. the tab where the door knob screws into is still intact and the threaded hole is still 6mm but it's very sloppy and may need to be enlarged to 1/4 20 threads, the hinge is in good condition. there is no emblem or knob for the door.

this can be used on all aermacchi harley davidson sprints from 1963 thru 1971. 1972 models had a different emblem and the emblem holes have a different pattern.

it's not the best, but it is solid. we don't need it, it's affordable and want to see it go to use.
