Here is a minitower PC sold by Dell in 2017 as an capable office system.  It is in its original configuration.  I have wiped the SSD and the hard drive, and performed a clean install of Windows 11 Pro.  I used this system with my own Microsoft account, then erased the SSD again and started the Windows 11 installation again.  When you receive it, it will boot and get to the screen shown in the last picture, so you can enter your details.
