In lovely condition. This address book has some light signs of use / shelf wear, and a few of the tabs inside have light impressions from writing (see photos as end). You can see a small amount of wear on the leather at the base and the top (near the binder rings). It includes unused pages at the back and another package of inserts with gilt-edged pages.
