Vintage 1962 Career Cat Hardback Book With Dust Cover By Eleanor Harris, The Success Story Of A Cat Named Nicodemus And His Mother Loiselle Adams

What a quaint book from the 1960s. According to the inside cover "The Success Tory of a Real-Life Cat Named Nicodemus - and of his "Mother," Loiselle Adams. The hero of this inspiring rags-to-riches tale is a silver-white Perisan cat, whose career as a photographers model has bought him fame - Career Cat of the Year in 1960-and fortune-$50 an hour. The worlds first incorporated cat, he is board chairman of Nicodemus Enterprises. Like most of the famous, he never could have succeeded alone. At least half of the credit must go to the loving management of his blond, blue-eye "mother," Loiselle Adams, who found in Nickys career a purpose for her own life."
