Why this structure:

  Plates:

Our plates have a special alloy. We do not use 316L or 316Ti. We called this special alloy super strong. We do not disclose the alloy content as it is commercial information. Its difference from 316L plate is that it lasts 30 times longer.

When using 316L, the cell needs to be cleaned after approximately 1000km of use. The water turns rusty brown. After 4-5 cleanings in total, the cell reaches the end of its life.

Super strong plates are cleaned once every 30 thousand km. During this period, the electrolysis water remains clean. Total lifespan is over 150 thousand km. We have customers who have been using these cells in their vehicles for 8 years and they are still very satisfied.

Stainless Metal connectors: Metal connectors are some of the most expensive connectors on the market but they are perfect for hho generators. Metal connectors do not crack and are not affected by corrosion. Unlike plastic connectors, they do not break in a short time as a result of heating and cooling of alkaline chemicals.

End plates: 

HDPE is acid resistant and will not crack. The best choice when it comes to hho generators. There are also Plexiglas end plates on the market and these are much more likely to crack.

Gaskets: 

We use acid-resistant gaskets to ensure long-lasting operation. What we have learned is that EPDM gaskets are perfect for hho generators. Natural rubber is not resistant to alkaline chemicals. Don't let them fool you. The gasket we use is manufactured and certified in the EU. The gaskets we use never melt or disintegrate.

Why this type of structure:
The Hho generator will need to be cleaned once every 30 THOUSAND KM ON AVERAGE. It is possible to clean the cell in 5 minutes without disassembling it, using the method specified in the user manual. One of the biggest problems experienced in other four-bolt cells is fluid leakage as a result of the caps being bent. In our 12-bolt cell, the covers never bend as the bolts hold the covers tightly at equal intervals. When you tighten the bolts to prevent leakage in 4-bolt cells, the covers become more bent after a while and leak again.
