If graded, I'd say this book is a 8.0/8.5 or better. Front cover has some stress marks on spine (creasing along spine), bottom right hand corner has damage (three "marks", which can also be seen from inside of front cover), and some light wear around edges of cover. Back cover is clean + inside pages are clean/complete/attached.
