This is a 5 years old Washer/Dryer (using natural gas) Maytag stackable unit. It is coin operated. It has operated lightly for the last 5 years (about 10-15) use per week. The washer does not drain properly and may need some attention to the pump. Otherwise, the unit (washer and dryer) works well.

It is located in North Raleigh, in the North Ridge area.
