Shipping and Handling
- WE ONLY SHIP THE ORDER TO THE ADDRESS YOU CHECKED OUT WITH. WE WILL NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS.
- i-94 Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 continental states only. Pick up at our facilities is available. Please send us an eBay Message prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. All parts are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- If item is shipping freight, you need to use the BOL that is supplied and put on the freight companies site. The freight tracking on ebay is terrible.
- If you need to cancel the part during the freight process or once you get the item, you will be required to pay the cost to stop the product or to return the freight.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO or PO Boxes

Warranty and Returns

- The 30 Day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided
- In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price.
- To return an item you must contact us through eBay Messaging within the 30 Day period to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization)
- Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Once you obtain an RMA number, please ship the item back to us at the address below along with all proper documentation and original RMA number:
