Used OEM part, one lower side tab was repaired (MINOR repair) - see pictures for details, all other tabs are intake / original - see pictures for details, lens is NICE and clear with normal road worn condition - see pictures for details, headlight housing is original / NO damages - see pictures for details, this is HID operated headlight assembly - complete including the HID module and Xenon light bulb, very nice used original GM / Cadillac product.
