Long press M button until you see clock sign blinking then you can start up or down press to set time, Press M button to confirm time each time you set

Short press and hold m button until you see alarm sign blinking, Then press up or down arrow to set time, Pres M button again to confirm time each time you set
How to turn off alarm ?
Press and hold wireless charger down button until alarm sign disappears
How to turn on alarm ?
Press and hold wireless charger up button until alarm sign appears on display
