Genuine Henri Bendel tall black rain rubber boots wellies. Boots in good shape-no holes or tears, still waterproof BUT there is wear to the back of the heels (see photo 4)
Marked as US woman's size 9 Dimensions: 11 inches long , 3 5/8 inches wide and 16 1/2 inches tall including a 1 inch heel. Calf circumference 15 inches. Dressy rain boots. The original foot insert has been replaced.
