Mouse is used and has multiple scratches.

Some are larger than others. There is a large horizontal scratch above the Apple logo along with vertical scratches near where your fingers would be placed.

I tested the mouse using a windows PC and had no issues connecting it. If there a special inputs for Apple products I cannot confirm operation as I don't have an Apple product to test with.

Please review pictures for the condition of the mouse.
