Measures 22 1/2" long from the top of the shoulder to the waist. Please check your other dresses; this might be a drop-waist dress for you.

The skirt portion measures approximately 18" long.

The total length from shoulders to the ruffled hem is 40 1/2".

The outer layer is 100% cotton, slightly stretchy.  Armpit to armpit unstretched measures 18" wide but can stretch a couple of inches more.
