This is a rare fountain pen.It was given to Israeli Lottery (Mifal Ha'Paiis) gold subscriber members.
The pen's body is made of wood.
It comes in a wooden box with a certificate in Hebrew.
This pen used cartridges, but I do not know what type.
The certificate is dated December 1996.
This is a great collectible.
