Fourteen page pamphlet published by The Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee in 1966, reprinted from The Massachusetts Review, Autumn 1966. With limited distribution, this pamphlet is a speech written in essay form by Black Panther Party Leader Stokely Carmichael. 

The exterior of pamphlet is in good condition. Black and white cover is smooth and clean with bright white titles. Binding is firmly secured. Back cover has light toning due to age, as well as a marking from a previous pricing sticker. 

Interior is clean. Slight soiling to interior of cover, else pages show no markings, tears, or wrinkles.

Pamphlet is protected in a mylar sleeve.
