Selling this used steering column that was removed from a 1973 Chevrolet G30 Van.  Information I find online says this fits 1971-1974 Chevrolet or GMC G10, G20, or G30 Vans.  It is possible this may fit newer vans as well, but do your research and compare the photos to your vehicle to ensure this will work for you prior to buying. This is with automatic 3-speed transmission, with tilt wheel, and with an older aftermarket cruise control.  This column was removed from a van that has been sitting for 15+ years.  I personally have not fully tested this steering column, and it is unknown of its full operating condition beyond what I'm going to explain here.  The tilt feature operates but feels very slightly sloppy only when wiggling up and down.   At this same time, the upper steering shaft that the steering wheel mounts to feels like it has some light play in it.  This likely will require to be investigated and for components to possibly be tightened up. The housing looks nice with no cracks or breaks.  Black paint appears fairly well yet.  There is some surface rust in front of the gear select piece (see pic). The column gear select shifted the van through the gears just as it should.  This column steered the van to the spot where it was parked with no issue.  The hazard switch pushed inward once and now will not pull back out.  The turn switch pushes both ways upward and downward and holds in place just as it should.  The cruise switch and button seem to move and push just fine.  The 3 wires and connectors visually look good.  None are cut or broken.  The steering shaft looks good.  It comes with the nut to mount the steering wheel, and it threads on and off just fine.  There is some light surface rust on the chrome handles from age (see pics).  The rubber boot at the column base looks ok.  The tiny plastic gear select needle on top is broken and missing, which seems to be common (see pic).  There is some surface rust at the base of this column from age and use.  This does not come with any mounting hardware or steering wheel.  This is sold AS IS with No Warranty and No Returns accepted. Please do not buy if you're expecting perfection because this is not. This column will need repairs!!  Shipping cost you see is accurate. No shipping modifications. The gear select arm, tilt arm, and blinker arm will be removed for shipping purposes and will require re-installation after receiving. Look through the photos and ask any questions you may have prior to buying. Compare these photos to your van to ensure this will work for you prior to buying. May require some cleaning.  Serious buyers only. Thank you.
