The item has been tested for sound and the speakers are audible without issue (see video). CD player does not work. Radio appears to work as intended. You are buying the actual item shown in the pictures. Some rattling inside the unit. Lid also does not stay open on its own. Buttons don't seem to work very well, like the power button.
