This is a gorgeous vintage 10k Yellow gold, Topaz and Diamond ring. Consists of a an Oval Topaz main stone with diamond accent around. Stamped "10K" and "WM". It is size 7 1/2. Total weight is 1.4 grams. Gorgeous and unique piece!
