Vintage CONGO TRADER relaxed pull-on blue denim culotte shorts in women's size small (6-8). Color is a blue medium wash denim. Features a high-rise waist, elastic waistband, pleated front, and slash pockets with silver metal rivet accents. Fabric is 100% cotton. There are pin-sized spots near the waistband at top & one at bottom of side leg seam (hard to spot- view pics closely). Classic bottoms in great condition with TONS of life left!!
