The movement is signed “Elgin Nat’l Watch Co. U. S. A. “, the watch does not run, broken mainspring balance works when shaken, it will need to be repaired, the watch sets.

The dial is signed “Elgin “, very good condition, single sunk white porcelain with black numerals and blued steel hands.
