2000 Gi Joe locust XH-1 special collectors addition.  Item is 100% complete and comes with unused original decal sheet.  Overall toy is in excellent condition and canopy is very clear.  There is nothing broken, no cracks, etc. All parts are original and push button action as well as hook all function.  Please see pictures closely and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
