Used Sears Craftsman Garage Door Keyless Entry Keypad 139.53776 for 1980s and 90s Sears Craftsman, Chamberlain, and Liftmaster garage door openers.  It's 390 MHz and compatible with openers that use DIP switches, although this unit is not programmed via DIP switches.  Programming instructions easily found by searching for "139.53776 programming".

Model 139.53776 in USA
Model 139.18776 in Canada
FCC ID: HBW1D3502

Takes a 12V A23 battery, NOT INCLUDED.

In used condition.  There is some old house paint stuck to the back of it, a little bit on the side of the flip cover, and it shows some weathering on the outside.  There's a tiny crack in the plastic below the 2nd "E" of the enter key.

Sold AS-IS as I cannot test.  When connected to 12V, it lights up with button presses and upon pressing ENTER, will blink for awhile, then shut off (see video).  This is as far as I can test.  It worked when I last used it 22 years ago.
