This stein is in very good condition. It has one very small flaw. A small impact fracture on the bottom edge. Very hard to see. I almost missed it. The fracture has a 1mm chip (see pics) on the brown rim and .5mm chip in the black glaze very near. If I did not bring this to your attention you could miss it, it is that small, but it is there. Keep in mind the pictures are enlargement closeups. In person, very small.

This stein is most commonly seen decorated with relief figures in archways. The background color varies, as do the figures, which are selected from among those found on the �Twelve Months� master stein No. (171).
