Up for sale is a very scarce original copy of "The Princetonian."  April 3rd, 1885. Volume 9, #30.  Exceptionally scarce.  A great piece of history from the earliest days of the second oldest college newspaper in the country.   Discusses various events, occurring on the campus. Sports, courses, and a surprising amount of gossip. Adds front and rear. Several illustrations including one that is certainly not acceptable today. (see photos)

The paper is in booklet form and measures approximately 7.5 x 10.75 inches. In generally very good condition. There is wear, light browning to pages, chips and dings to edges of some other dings here and there.  Biggest issue though is back page of adds is present but disconnected from the rest of the paper. It also has a large chip at bottom right.

Note that we have several other examples of "The Princetonian" of similar age up for sale.
